SAFETY GUIDELINES

Operating Hours:  9AM – 3 PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Upon arrival to 10 Cedarfield Commons, all guests will have the option to call the front desk (368-0744) or ring the main entrance doorbell to inform the staff and let them know if they desire to enter the facility or not. All guests will be asked if they have a fever and/or any COVID-19 symptoms before granted entrance into the facility. If a guest believes they may have a fever, exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, they will not be granted permission to enter the facility. They will still have the opportunity to receive groceries from the Food Market and a volunteer will gladly bring food to their vehicle for a “non-contact” delivery.

Guests are asked to wait in their vehicle for a volunteer staff to receive their photo ID and “check-in” the guest. Guests will be served in order of their arrival & check-in.

All guests/volunteers are asked to wear a face covering when they cannot maintain at least 6 feet social distance. If guests are medically excused from wearing a face covering, they will have the option to stay in their vehicle and a volunteer will bring them their groceries or schedule an appointment to come into the clothing center when there are no other guests present.

There are 2 touchless hand sanitizing stations available in the facility for all guests to use.

All surfaces that are used throughout the day will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis throughout the day and at closing/opening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

There will be a maximum of 2 guests/families allowed in the Clothing Center.

The Clothing Center will be open during our normal operating hours and guests will have 15 minutes to choose clothing for themselves and family members.

Until further notice, the Food Market will not be open for guests to walk through, but groceries will continue to be pre-packed and brought to the guests vehicle or given to them after they are finished in the Clothing Center.

Restrooms are available to all volunteer/guests and will regularly be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. Guests are asked to call the front desk (368-0744) or if they are already in the facility to walk to the front desk and ask if there is a restroom available. We ask all guests to refrain from entering the hallway area unless granted permission from the front desk staff to use the restroom.
